This role is responsible for improving our brand reputation, deepening customer relationships and growing revenue through shaping, enabling and implementing digital marketing and data-led marketing insights for ANZ Institutional.

This experienced marketing leader uses superior commercial marketing and stakeholder skills to meaningfully engage customers, support RMs, and uplift marketing’s credibility and contribution as a key growth enabler and trusted strategic partner of the Institutional business.

**This role is accountable for the following**:
Develop and execute the annual digital marketing plan for Institutional Australia
Develop data-led marketing insights as the foundation for all our marketing endeavours
Measure and evaluate the contribution of plan activities to reputation, relationships and revenue
Provide solid guardrails and ensure compliance for well-managed non-financial risk
Lead the growth of our Institutional digital maturity, enhancing capability and digital experience
Deliver co-ordinated, coherent plans across coverage and product with customer at the heart
Derive data-led insights from research and data to focus engagement on the right customers and optimise marketing performance
Build once for many to uplift campaign consistency, longevity and cross-sell across geography, sector and product
Role model ANZ’s values and, as a senior marketing leader, contribute to our positive culture (including risk culture)

**Role Location**: Melbourne preferred (but open to other locations)

**Schedule**: Full time

Working with digital, marketing, product, coverage, sector and communications colleagues across and beyond Institutional, the role brings the digital and insights smarts to authentically engage the right customers with tailored, targeted initiatives, execute beautifully, streamline the everyday, and free capacity for uplift.

Marketing technologies/ CRM, websites, marketing automation, e-commerce, web analytics and CMS

The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
Good understanding of ANZ enterprise-level digital marketing technologies, capabilities, roadmaps and ways of working
Experience developing and managing significant ANZ marketing campaigns with emphasis on digital / B2B
Institutional experience and knowledge of the Australian Institutional landscape
Growing B2B marketing capability in others
