Opportunities are currently available for part-time or casual **Personal Care Assistants** and **Personal Care Assistants Administering Medication **to work morning, afternoon and night shifts.

**Your role**

In your role as a Personal Care Assistant, it is imperative to be passionate about working with the elderly and providing best practice care to our residents. A positive attitude in caring for our residents is essential ensuring the highest standard of care, while respecting their dignity and rights at all times. We are looking for passionate and caring PCAs, to work various shifts. Italian speaking would be advantageous.

**Minimum requirement to the role**
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
- Medication Administration (PCA Medication)
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster covering all shifts
- Previous aged care experience
- Computer knowledge
- Initiative, flexibility & self-motivation
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High levels of attention to detail
- Aged Care Quality Standards
- Mandatory Reporting/SIRS
- Restrictive Practices
- Respect and understanding of Italian culture & language
