Factory Worker

ASAP start for an enthusiastic, hard working factory hand to join our team
- Potential long term role initially casual employment (hours may vary) with the opportunity to a full time position for the right person

We are currently seeking an experienced factory hand for a position in our Kilmore factory with a reputable company. This position will include working in most areas within the factory.

About the Role:

- Machine operating
- Picking, packing, wrapping, and stacking products
- Production duties involving roll forming, folding and pressing and other machine operation
- Loading /Dispatch and unloading duties
- General factory duties as required
- Work in a methodical and safe manner
- Around 38 hours per week (with occasional overtime) according to the Manufacturing & Associated Industries & Occupations 2010 Award.

About You and duties:

- Exposure to a similar factory role and/or sheet metal work an advantage
- Desire to learn and grow with cross training
- A willingness and ability to learn
- The ability to take directions and perform tasks in a reliable manner
- The ability to listen / read and fully understand Factory work orders
- Forklift licence is an advantage
- Good manual handling skills
- Reliable, committed and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Good manual handling skills
- An understanding of safe work place practices
