- What you’ll do
- Have a solid understanding of Signify’s HR operational standards.
- Help drive the Pacific market’s E2E HR operation delivery, for the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll & benefits, compliance & audit and project delivery, as well as vendor management.
- Ensure high impact of HR operations by working with Pacific HRBP/CoE, building high customer NPS, and ensuring all operations meet the defined targets.
- Reinforce Pacific customer behavior, channel all requests via cases from HR portal, prompt HR Services (HRS) branding and customer communications.
- Lead market Pacific projects, supporting Regional/Global projects and initiative landing.
- Drive continuous improvement on processes/operations/efficiency/quality, retaining and strengthening the knowledge management/competency of the HRS Pacific team.
- Assess and drive implementations for local employment legislation changes (incl. changes in awards) that impact payroll and employment contracts.
- Responsible for submission of all governmental-related HR reporting in Pacific.
- Assist proximity HR (HRBPs / TA) with relevant local projects, in alignment with HRS.
- Your qualifications
- 3+ years’ work experience within the HR function.
- Solid experience in Pacific payroll and HR operational tasks.
- Strong in Excel and Payroll/HR systems (Workday and ADP experience advantageous).
- An eagerness to learn, challenge the status quo and make changes.
- Ability to co-work with remote team colleagues.
- Good communication skill and coaching abilities.
