We are currently looking for a full-time Asset Health Analyst to join our office in Brisbane, Australia (primary location) or Vancouver, Canada.

**Key Deliverables and Responsibilities**:
Support customers and partners in Proof of Value for ConSite Mine remote conditions monitoring of their equipment by remotely accessing ConSite Mine and other data, analyzing and creating periodic (usually monthly) reports on key maintenance conditions and recommendations. This analysis will help better define the ConSite Mine solution and help dealers and customers extend the life of their equipment and anticipate parts and service ordering.
- Work with Wenco and HCM engineers to identify and create priority dashboards, virtual sensors and alarms by equipment type
- Analyze and report on customer ConSite Mine data as part of Conditions Monitoring service
- Analyze conditions from remote access of customer equipment via ConSite Mine solution
- Help customer and/or service provider partner put together periodic analysis reports (using ConSite Mine reporting tool) on top priority asset health findings
- Create additional ConSite Mine virtual sensors/alarms for partners and customers and general product based on those findings
- Create and modify ConSite Mine reports and templates to enhance solution reporting capabilities.

Experience and Knowledge
- 5+ years relevant experience as maintenance/reliability engineer and asset health specialist, preferably at top tier mining customer
- Experience in asset health conditions monitoring and analytics is a must
- Experience with remote operations monitoring is a strong plus
- Experience with managing a team and mentoring staff a plus
- Experience with IT systems, software programming and data base systems is a plus

Skills and Abilities
- Significant exposure to maintenance department processes and practices including maintenance planning, resource allocation, integration with operations and setting KPIs.
- Understanding of mining operations, particularly with maintenance, as well as with IT systems.
- Proactive problem solver, with strong analytics and ability to map analysis to business priorities
- Ability to use reporting tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or others.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel reporting, PowerPoint presentations and Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent listener and consultative communicator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong integrity and team player in support of Wenco, HCM and group company culture.

Travel
- Travel of up to 10% may be required (must have a valid passport and legally be able to travel internationally if required)
