In line with our exciting growth, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to lead our brilliant team in **Cockburn**. This critical role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is a natural problem solver with proven leadership qualities.

**Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will be varied and will include**:

- Manage all aspects of the warehouse's day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Supervise all product movements within the warehouse
- Ensure accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement measures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations and procedures to minimise accidents and injuries
- Continuously evaluate warehouse processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure they are in good working condition

To be considered for the position you must have:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse manager / Supervisor role
- Current Forklift License and experience
- Strong communication skills and work ethic combined with the ability to resolve customer issues and contribute to meeting branch goals
- Knowledge of heating and cooling products is preferrable but not essential
- Genuine motivation and ability to learn and grow in the industry
- Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships.
- Capable of safety handling and lifting up to 25kgs
- Proficient with the use of computers including the Microsoft suite of programs
