About the role
As the Executive Assistant, you will efficiently manage the Regional Director's office by providing a high level of administrative support. You will be the first point of contact and liaison for staff and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include supporting and assisting the Regional Director and Divisional Management Team in the overall management of the Division, ensuring the delivery of divisional objectives and corporate initiatives. Additionally, you will provide professional administrative support to the Regional Director. This includes establishing and maintaining an efficient office system, managing office files and other records, analyse, develop, and implement improvements to existing work procedures, practices, and systems. As the interface between the Regional Director and key stakeholders, you will effectively communicate and resolve issues on behalf of the Director. Your tasks will manage the Regional Director's diary, scheduling appointments, and anticipating their needs to ensure they have all necessary papers required for meetings. You will receive, record, and prioritise all incoming correspondence, redirecting it as appropriate.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in business administration and secretariat management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for outcomes
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to work within a complex structure with often competing agendas
