This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

As an in-house Strategic Brand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our brand platform, CVP, Personas and more.

You are a person who combines strong analytical skills with creative brand planning capabilities. This role will be pivotal in analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to help guide strategic brand initiatives and creative campaigns that enhance brand positioning and drive market growth.

This position will report directly to the Head of Brand, with accountability to ensure delivery of brand analysis and brand strategies, with a focus on the following key areas:
Analysis and Insights

Strategic Development

Creative Planning and Cross Functional Collaboration

Execution and Monitoring

Continuous Improvement, Safety and Compliance
**Qualifications**

In addition to these foundations, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, including both strategic analysis and creative planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research.
- 10+ years of proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the B2C Industry.
- Strong understanding of brand development, online marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with creative teams and executive management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
