**Who you are?**:
This role is responsible for assisting in financial and planning functions to facilitate Lyka running smoothly, as well as performing various analytical tasks providing insights to improve operations and lead to Lyka’s long term prosperity. In this role, you will need to be comfortable with extensive cross-functional collaboration, informing other teams’ procedures and decision-making and leveraging their expertise in your own work. You will also be empowered to maximise your capabilities, and deliver positive outcomes in a manner that will bolster your career growth while making a meaningful impact on the company.

**What you will do?**:

- Assist in and own various pieces of high-impact analytical work, facilitating improvements to the company’s gross margin, internal reporting and KPIs, while informing other teams’ decisions
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Support the planning function, employing technical skills, business knowledge, and strong communication to help keep the business running smoothly
- Develop a broad-reaching and nuanced understanding of the business, and utilise it to provide insights for other functions on a regular basis
- Identify and create efficiencies in existing processes (such as modes of calculation for particular metrics, such as production efficiency)
- Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years commercial experience preferred
- ERP experience can be helpful
- Strong sense of ownership while being able to take on and parse input in a constructive manner
- Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders with different styles, personalities, and areas of focus
- Comfortable with switching focus quickly, prioritising effectively, and delivering on high-value tasks with timeliness in mind
- Eager to grow and learn while playing a role in the company’s growth and success
- Strong technical skills in Excel - Familiarity with any other analytical tools is also nice to have, however not necessary
