**Role Overview**:As a Line Marking Assistant, you'll work closely with our lead line marker, contributing to all facets of on-site line marking operations. From equipment maintenance to precise stencil work and machine care, your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities that keep our markings sharp and our operations efficient.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and ensure the readiness of trailers, Utes, and related tools.
- **Preparation Tasks**: Load and unload equipment, ensure cleanliness, and organise tools for efficient use.
- **Assist in Set Outs**: Support with measuring and accurate set-up for line marking tasks.
- **Paint Preparation**: Prepare paint by stirring, straining, and ensuring its readiness for use.
- **Stencil Work & Painting**: Execute precise painting of stencils and assist in non-line marking machine painting.
- **Machine Care**: Maintain line marking machines by cleaning, removing paint, and ensuring proper functioning through regular checks.
**Requirements**:
- A Class driver's license
- National Police Clearance
- White Construction Card
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
