**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and sustain lifestyle programs tailored to residents' needs and preferences.
- Record and manage budgetary needs effectively.
- Offer direction in recruiting Lifestyle Assistants.
- Introduce fresh and inventive initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
- Adhere to the Cora quality management system standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in lifestyle programs
- Planning and goal setting
- Personal Leadership and influence
- Problem Soving / Decsision making
- Valid Australian working rights / visas
- AHPRA Registration
- Proficient in interpersonal and written communication.
