**The Role**:
**The Responsibilities**:
- Make, adjust, and cancel customer reservations.
- Manage staff to ensure efficient and excellent service throughout a given seating.
- Greet customers and guide them to their tables.
- Answer customer questions regarding food, drinks, and specials.
- Resolve customer complaints or disputes.
**The Person**:
- Previous experience working in fine dining or hatted restaurant.
- Impeccable presentation
- Ability to provide a unique customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remember our return guests and welcome them back.
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge
- Experience assigning tables.
- Confident speaker with the ability to talk to people from all walks of life.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Forward thinking and planning are critical to success in this role.
