**About the Role**:
We provide support to children, youth, families, individuals with disabilities, and those with mental health conditions. Our EmpowerU Support teams are centered around co-production, guiding individuals in making decisions regarding their lives and well-being.

Support services may include:

- Facilitating skill development, such as budgeting, using public transportation, employing assistive technology, or meal preparation.
- Enabling participation in social activities, recreational pursuits, and community engagements.
- Offering companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support.
- Assisting with personal care tasks like dressing, eating, bathing, toileting, or mobility.
- Providing transportation for appointments.
- Offering domestic aid, including housekeeping, shopping, laundry, or running errands.

- Adhere to person-centered support plans and behavior support plans with respect.
