Dental Receptionist/assistant

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person, to join our team 3-4 days per week.

You will be responsible for helping to deliver superior care to the patients of our practice. Our philosophy is to provide our customers with both an excellent clinical outcome as well as an exceptional customer service experience.

We are committed to finding the right person to join our team.

You will require:

- A high level of initiative and motivation
- A drive to learn and flourish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- To be able to multi-task, prioritise and use common knowledge as required
- Maturity
- Australian residency required

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of phone and appointment book
- Processing HICAPS claims and account management
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
- Data entering as required
- **Dental assisting will be part of the position, training will be provided**

Due to the High Volume of applicants, only those that are successful will receive notification of progressing to the next interview stage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
