**THE ASSIGNMENT**
- Answering phones & distributing messages
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner as the first point of contact
- Filing
- Entering and handing out keys
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism

**REQUIREMENTS**

To be suitable you must possess:

- Experience as a Corporate Receptionist
- Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative & ability to problem-solve
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Clean references
