**The Opportunity**:
What’s next in your career as a Technical Trainer?

At Komatsu you’ll be working with the latest mobile plant technology including our autonomous haulage systems in our brand new training facility.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist with experience in maintaining and servicing Komatsu equipment and machines. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical training to our employees in a safe, positive, and open learning environment.

Your primary role will be to develop and maintain training materials and resources to deliver the highest quality of technical training. You will be expected to research, develop/manufacture, and maintain training aids, visual aids, and other appropriate items to support and enhance the learning experience.

As a role model, you will demonstrate our company values and behaviors both internally and externally. You will organize and execute logístical plans for printing, freight, facilities, travel details/bookings, and inductions to ensure quality outcomes.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday with some site travel

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable
- Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate
- Experience working with the Komatsu fleet
- Deliver quality training and assessment to students and clients
- Understanding and experience with the operations of a training department
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- Willingness to travel to meet role requirements
- Solve problems using critital thinking, collaborative communication, resourcefulness and persistence
