Research Fellow in Chemistry

**The Opportunity**
Monash University has an exciting opportunity for a Research Fellow to join the School of Chemistry. The Research Fellow will work closely with Sir John Monash Distinguished Professor Doug MacFarlane and Future Fellow Alexandr Simonov on electrochemical approaches to globally important processes in nitrogen chemistry including the nitrogen reduction and oxidation reactions and the ammonia oxidation reaction.
Essential qualifications include either a strong background at PhD or postdoctoral level in fundamental electrochemistry OR in the inorganic chemistry of materials and coordination compounds, in particular areas relevant to the activation of N2.
