**About the Role**

The Campus Manager will be responsible for managing the operation of the campus including students, staff and facilities.
- Be highly organised.
- Have excellent standard of written and spoken communication.
- Have great decision-making skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong management and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and manage teacher performance.
- Strong MS Office & student management system skills.
- Have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the company.
- Have a warm, empathetic manner in dealing with students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Support of teaching staff,** including managing teachers; interviewing, and trialling new teachers; observing and providing feedback; mentor young teachers; organise relief teachers; order student and teacher textbooks.
- **Student support, **including testing, interviewing and placing new students; giving academic advice, monitoring attendance.
- Campus administration.
- Manage Orientation and Induction of new students.
- Meet all ASQA, TESOL and CRICOS compliance obligations.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Applicants must have:

- Bachelor's Degree and CELTA (or equivalent) (DELTA qualification desirable).
- Relevant ELICOS experience in a management or supervisory role in Australia.
- Exposure to, or direct experience in managing ELICOS programs, possibly as a Senior Teacher or A-DOS.
