Opportunity for an experience blender/machine operator to join this established organisation. This individual would ideally have experience in a similar role and be committed to managing their own workloads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accurately weighing up ingredients with a recipe, adding ingredients to mixer machinery and labelling this before moving into the right area for production
- Handling and transportation of ingredients (regular lifting upto 20kg)
- Ensuring plant and equipment run properly when required
- Producing and packaging goods in a highly effective and efficient manner.

**Position Essentials**:

- Prior experience in Blending/Mixing roles (required)
- Physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling duties (required)
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience (preferred)
- Commitment to ensuring high quality processing
- Capability to work efficiently in large volumes and manage workloads effectively
