EHS Advisor

- Up to $125k plus super

**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Regional Head of EHS while working closely with the Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and updating policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvements and new initiatives. In addition you will be assisting with develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions, while investigating incidents and non-conformance issues and providing tool box talks and training. This exciting opportunity that due to growth and will give you the opportunity to support the Brisbane sites.

**Selection criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in Safety / Engineering / Operations with proven experience in a similar role
- ISO 45001 Certification / Lead Auditor Accreditation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
- High attention to detail and tech savvy
- Current QLD drivers license with the ability to travel between sites
