**About Us**

The Avenues Group currently operates 16 high quality Early Learning Centres across Brisbane providing education and care for over 1500 children each day.

**The Role**

**Lead Educator Skills & requirements**
- Hold a minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services
- Lead Educator experience preferred
- A current and valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
- A current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A moderate to high level of computer skills in able to use our online programing software
- Dedicated
- The ability to work any shift between operations hours of 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

**Assistant Eductor Skills & Requirements**
- Must have a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, those studying towards Diploma of Children's Services will be highly regarded.
- Must have a current and valid Working with Children's Check (blue card)
- Must hold a current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in early childhood education and care.

**How To Apply**
