Affordable Recruitment Services are employing a experienced Maintenance Officers to complete property and grounds maintenance tasks for our residential aged care client in the Young NSW Area (Cootamundra /Temora sites).
- Casual - 2 days per week
- Working 1 day at the Cootamundra and 1 day at the Temora sites.

**Your role would include**:

- General (basic) repairs around site including plaster repair, painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, moving furniture, high pressure cleaning, installing and repairing hardware
- Preventative Maintenance including booking in scheduled maintenance with contractors (ie. gutter cleaners, air conditioning service) or identifying work required by licenced electricians or plumbers.
- Grounds Maintenance including gardening, including mowing, weeding, leaf blowing, edging, plant care and other general grounds maintenance, as required
- Ensuring the site and equipment are maintained and well presented
- Identifying and reporting hazards and safety issues

**Essential to the position**:

- Experience in a similar role
- National Criminal History Check (Police Check) which is less than 3 years old
- Covid 19 Vaccination (minimum 3 doses)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.73 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Covid 19 Vaccination (preferred)
- Police Check (less than 3 years old) (preferred)
