**The Opportunity**
Are you a dynamic, driven, and self-motivated sales professional looking for your next big opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you can build something from scratch? If you're a natural hunter with a passion for cold calling and pipeline development, this is the role for you
**What you'll do**
Build and manage your own B2B sales pipeline from scratch, proactively identifying new opportunities.
Cold call and prospect potential clients to introduce our corporate traineeship and schools program.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
Meet or exceed agreed revenue targets by executing sales strategies.
Manage projects and relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise CRM tools to track and optimise sales performance.
Experience in B2B sales.
Experience in the RTO or GTO sector is highly preferred.
Proven ability to proactively build and grow a B2B sales pipeline.
Demonstrated success in cold calling and generating new business.
Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and processes.
Knowledge of government funding models and the corporate traineeship training model.
A creative and innovative thinker who thrives under pressure.
