Job description

As a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting Salespeople and their teams with administrative and marketing tasks throughout the listing lifecycle of a property, this includes ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient workflows.Conveniently located in Sydney's Lower Northshore suburb of Cremorne, this office places an enormous emphasis on growth and progression.

You will be required to build and maintain effective business relationships with sales agents, property management staff, managers and any other departments if required from time-to-time.

**Key Responsibilities**

The duties to be performed in this role include but are not limited to:

- Consulting with agents daily to identify their property marketing needs
- Provide creative & strategic marketing recommendations for property marketing campaigns.
- Managing the end to end creative services, booking, proofing processes, including photography, copywriting, videography & other support
- Consulting with agents daily to identify their property marketing needs
- Providing guidance & outstanding client service to guide all marketing tasks from start to finish enabling more efficiency to the Agent listing process.
- Providing exceptional quality control
- Implement Agent marketing strategies to complement the overall personal marketing plan of the Agent.
- Relaying real estate market trends, forecasts and new product information.
- Provide administrative and marketing support throughout the listing lifecycle, including but not limited to listing compliance, property marketing campaigns, brand compliance, listing management, contract and settlement administration.
- Ensure that all business and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times.
- Work closely with the team to recommend, create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across all aspects of the workflow.
- Ensure outstanding client service is delivered at all times to make agent administration efforts less time consuming and more effective.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from agents and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Work closely with management to constantly improve workflows, templates, utilising technology, including assisting in providing business requirements and assisting in user testing.

- 1 year real estate preferred
- Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Customer service skills
- Marketing experience, an advantage
- High attention to detail and can meet deadlines
- Strong administration and computer literacy skills
- The ability to prioritise and work proactively
- Demonstrated ability to follow through issues to resolution
- Strong customer focus and rapport building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Positive, can-do attitude
- An understanding of social media for business & ability to help others using digital and technology tools
