**About the Role**:

- Extensive training and supportive environment.
- Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Hours**:7.00am - 9.00am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
- Employee **Working with Children’s Check** valid in the relevant state.
- **Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting** certificate relevant to your state.
- Valid **HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting** (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
- **Food Handling** certificate relevant to your state.
