In this diverse and all-rounded role, you will be responsible for:

- IT Services that support internal performance targets are met
- Ensure IT Services are delivered to the agreed service levels including to timelines and quality
- Provided technical knowledge to enable and facilitate testing and release activities
- Escalate and manage issues with external stakeholders (e.g. Vendors) to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards including accreditation standards and/or guidelines, professional practice standards, HSW standards, contract compliance and legislation that is applicable in this role

**About you**

In addition to your attention to detail and success in a deadline driven environment, we see you as having;
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience with incident, problem, release and change management processes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with professional knowledge with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office
- Experience with CIMS ability and Microsoft Dynamics NAV administration and configuration
- Familiar with PaaS solutions or concepts
- Familiar with SQL, BI reports, Forms and Workflow
- Familiar with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Familiarity with Cloud Services Technologies
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
