We are seeking an accomplished Senior Supervisor (Civil), to join our Western Construction team delivering the RAAF Base Pearce Project, located in Bullsbrook, WA. The project includes significant upgrades to existing airfield asphalt pavements, concrete pavements, airfield ground lighting (AGL) and a new ALER Building.

As an experienced civil construction professional, you will have demonstrated project experience across mid to large scale civil projects, preferably at airfields/airports and on Defence projects, with direct supervision experience in the construction of flexible asphalt and rigid concrete pavements, detailed earthworks, electrical and communications services (AGL highly preferable) and non-process building (limited scope).

As an important senior construction delivery team member, you will:
Have experience in delivering works in a busy, live operating airfield environment that requires an elevated level of planning, co-ordination, and adaptability.
- Be a highly capable at interface management, resource co-ordination and can build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment.
- Be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative.
- Be a resolute leader, and one who priorities safety for all, you will commit to high productivity and ensure that project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines are on successfully met.
