**The Role**

As a Production Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the accurate preparation of raw materials and ingredients for formulation.
Adhering to strict quality, safety, health, and environmental (QSHE) standards and regulatory frameworks, you will be responsible for all aspects of the production process, from weighing and measuring raw ingredients to packaging and labelling finished goods.
**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:

- Prepare production equipment according to QSHE standards and regulatory frameworks for formulation/blending within the factory.
- Follow set work instructions to prepare raw materials, including accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing.
- Operate blending machines and ensure the blending processes are followed accurately to maintain high-quality batches.
- Check stock and review production schedules to gather all relevant information for raw material preparation.
- Comply with general safety directions and specific safety protocols for each new formulation.
- Package and label finished goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Complete associated documentation for each batch of new blends, maintaining accurate records for traceability.
- Record orders for traceability and dispatch to the Warehouse Team.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required.
- Adhere to approved Standards of Practice to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

**Hours**

Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm.
**Key Requirements**
- Must be physically fit.
- HACCP and GMP experience advantageous.
- Forklift licence highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Committed to OHS&E.
- Must have full working rights.
