**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced CMDB Configuration Manager to join our IT team. As a CMDB Manager you will have the ability and authority to ensure daily end-to-end delivery of Configuration Management services in accordance with Configuration Management Plan.

The CMDB Configuration manager is the process owner, defining and governing the CMDB processes whilst enhancing them to better suit Officeworks goals and objectives.

**About you**:

You will ideally have the following work experience:

- At least 10 years I.T. experience - ideally Retail Industry exposure.
- Experience working cross functionally at senior levels.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Experience managing projects.
- As well as the following skills/knowledge/attributes
- Good Planning and organisational skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Advanced Problem-solving skills to determine corrective actions.
- High Integrity and honesty.
- Must show initiative, innovation, and creativity.
- Be passionate about I.T. solutions.
- Demonstrate an interest in emerging technologies.
- Strong attention to detail.
