We have partnered with a highly successful property specialist agency that is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their team during a time of the business where new clients are coming on board and growth is a focus

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Elevate client interactions with finesse, responding thoughtfully and strategically. Shape project scopes and time-lines that not only meet but exceed client expectations, demonstrating a keen understanding of their vision.
- Collaborate dynamically on freelance bookings, injecting creativity into every decision. Guide the team through the process of budget approvals, envisioning each resource as a unique brushstroke on the canvas of project success.
- Ignite innovation in project proposals by joining forces with the Managing Director. Fine-tune project management processes through consultations with the design team and Managing Director, ensuring efficiency and cutting-edge strategies.
- Infuse excitement into client relationships, showcasing a profound understanding of their objectives. Be the catalyst for new client on-boarding, overseeing key accounts, and offering unwavering support for new business initiatives, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression.
- Orchestrate project details with precision, managing work in progress and fostering team synergy. Your leadership ensures a harmonious flow of communication, keeping projects on track and reaching new heights.
- Conduct masterful customer advocacy plans, leading weekly sessions filled with insights and opportunities. Keep the studio running seamlessly, showcasing your prowess even when upper management takes a well-deserved break.
