**A day in the life of the Commercial Analyst Property...**
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to foster team accountability, supporting data and system integrity.
- Drive effective tracking, actionable insights, and exception reporting to enhance performance and delivery within the Property Line of Business (Lob).
- Secure cross-functional and PLT support to enhance cost rigor and accountability within the Property LoB.
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the Property LoB, monitoring performance and taking corrective action as needed.
- Assist HOPPP in developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for investments and initiatives.
- Enhance profitability through continual monitoring and improvement of business processes, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue generation.
- Promote and support system process improvements to enhance business and operational performance.

**What you need to be successful in this role**
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Property Management, or a related field (or extensive equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated track record of strategic, business-focused partnering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior analyst level.
- Possesses at least 3 years of broad system and commercial experience in a complex, fast-paced industry.
