Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Test Analyst, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:

- Identifying the test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of the project
- Working with the development team in analyzing, coding, and unit-testing Salesforce solutions.
- Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
- Develop, document, and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used.
- Identify any potential quality issues immediately and report to the manager.
- Performing end-to-end testing also ensures that integrations with Salesforce are working as they should.
- Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client requirements

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:

- Extensive experience of 4+ years as a Test Analyst - Salesforce
- Experience in the Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and common AppExchange apps
- Excellent knowledge of software testing principles and practice.
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional software development team.
- Experience in the design development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Experience in all types of testing e.g. functional system integration, regression, etc.
- Ability to use structured query languages and scripting to investigate database structures plus test data.
- Experience in the usage of test management tools such as Jira MF ALM etc.
- Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.
