**Initial Position: Warehouse and Admin.**

**Daily Roles**
**- Print Ebay, Shopify and B2B orders at start of the day and organise for packing**
**- prepare shipping documents for each order**
**- Coordinate with customer any issues and solve with team.**
**- prepare invoices for walk in Retail and Wholesale**
**- conduct stock Checks as required**
**- supply Purchasing officer with any shortfalls on stock thresholds set and any discrepancies**
**- clubfitting and repairs: Once receive fitting and or repair sheet from fitting team, prepare invoice and send required stock to workshop with fitting/repair sheet/invoice.**
**- QC and Check product is in order before releasing to dispatch/holding area.**
**- maintain customer fitting files for future and ongoing reference**
**- keep all work stations tidy and in order at all times.**

**Initial Hours: Part Time (30 hours per week)**

**Monday 9;00 to 4:30**

**Tuesday 9:00 to 4:30**

**Thursday 9:00 to 4:30**

**Friday 9:00 to 4:30**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
