**In this role, you’ll**:
Work as part of the IT RDS Service Delivery team in the Corporate Division, co-ordinating the resolution of senior IT problems throughout the Problem Management lifecycle to ensure they are progressed through the process in line with performance targets. Your main responsibility will be to analyse and investigate significant incidents. Your goal will be to identify and document the underlying cause behind these incidents.

**About you**:

- You will have demonstrated experience in performing ITIL Problem Management functions, both internally and with external service providers.
- You will have the proven ability to build strong partnership-style relationships that lead to enhanced performance.
- You possess relevant IT Service/Problem Management certifications.
- You are proficient in conducting Root Cause Analysis using appropriate cause investigation methodologies.
- You have expertise in Trend Analysis and driving proactive Problem Management.
- You are familiar with governing internal and external service providers.
- You have a track record of developing operational and management-level Service Reporting, including both ad hoc and regular reports.
- You have some familiarity with ITSM toolsets like ServiceNow and Remedy, with the ability to implement activities for process improvements.
