Permanent position at our Westpac branch in Balmain

Full-Time (38 hours per week) role

Located in the heart of Balmain near public transport

How will I help?

We want to help all of our customers with their banking needs. Not just because it’s better for the business, but so they make the most out of their money too, and our Personal Bankers play an essential part in achieving this

As a Personal Banker, you will reach out to customers both in-branch and over the phone to connect them with the right products. You will provide expert financial advice and seamless customer service Passionate about building amazing relationships, you’ll make it clear that you understand what our customer’s needs are now, and what their plans are for tomorrow.

What do I need?

Experience in customer service is a must - especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well. You’ll be confident at building relationships and then managing them for the long-term. Any business or financial knowledge will be an advantage in making exciting things happen for our customers.
