Recruitment Consultant

HQ Migration Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a temporary role to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and assist in building their recruitment strategy
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred

Salary range:

- $70,000 - $80,000 per year

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
