**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Barber Shop Manager**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience
- Manage a team of skilled barbers, providing guidance, training, and support
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure the salon's efficient functioning
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff, promoting collaboration and growth

**Barber**:

- Exhibit mastery in executing diverse haircut styles and grooming techniques
- Offer personalized styling advice, understanding individual client preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices to uphold our salon's standards

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barber or in a managerial role
- Proficiency in a range of grooming techniques, hair types, and styles
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism
