We are seeking an experienced Commodities Trader to help expand our trading operations and drive growth in key markets.

**Role Overview**:
As a Commodities Trader with Agri Om Australia Pty LTD, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and trading agricultural commodities while managing key relationships with suppliers and customers. You will be tasked with identifying market opportunities, executing trades, and ensuring efficient logistics and delivery of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase agricultural commodities, including grains, pulses, and oilseeds, to meet customer demand and align with Agri Om’s trading strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and processors to ensure consistent supply and quality of products.
- Analyze market trends, including price movements, supply chain dynamics, and global demand, to develop and execute profitable trading strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of both domestic and international clients.
- Negotiate purchase and sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products while managing potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Prepare regular reports detailing trading activities, financial performance, and market forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, import/export laws, and company policies related to the agricultural commodities sector.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commodities trading, with a strong understanding of agricultural products and global markets.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and execute trades that maximize profitability.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Experience in contract management and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in using trading software and Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: 74,000 plus superannuation
