Sticky is looking to employ one or more people to learn the creative and challenging skills of hand-made confectionery manufacture and sales. You will work in a close-knit team of outstanding people who will teach you from the ground up.

In business for almost 20 years, with partners around the world, Sticky Australia has recently become a social media phenomenon, with millions of people following us through live streaming and video across the major social media platforms. We are recognised as the best manufacturers of hand-made rock candy in the world, and although our business has trebled over the last 12 months, we are continuing to grow.

We are looking for mature, motivated and outgoing people to join us. As well as learning to make beautiful things with sugar, you will have the opportunity to develop your own online presence, hand-in-hand with us.

The job can be physical, as you are often working with up to 15kg of hot sugar at a time. You depend on your teammates, and they depend on you. You won't be scared of hard work, or of bringing your own unique personality to work with you. The days fly by and we have a lot of fun, but we aim always to be the very best we can be.

You will be in the public eye, so you really can't be shy, and a good command of the English language is essential. But if you put in the work, you will be part of a dedicated, caring team that will nurture you every step of the way. This isn't your average job, but that's cool, because you aren't the average employee.
