**We are seeking Sales Assistants to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our brand new store at MUJI Highpoint**

As a Sales Assistant in our new Highpoint store, you will be responsible for:

- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervising and assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Assisting team members with customer enquiries relating to refunds and exchanges
- Upholding visual merchandising standards
- Promoting a safe working environment for your team and customers

This is an exciting time to join our growing company, as we further expand our presence in Australia. Teamwork, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset are at the forefront of our core values.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar fast-paced retail environment
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Flexibility to work across the week as well as deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers
- Exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate and motivated to achieve the store sales targets
- A true passion for retail and our MUJI brand

**How to Apply**

Pay: $57,421.00 per year
