**WHO YOU ARE**

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have a **minimum 24 months’ post-qualification experience (up to Senior Associate level) **as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ];

have a degree or higher qualifications [eg Masters/PHD] in **mechanical engineering** or similar;

have strong **analytical+ technical** skills/knowledge;

have some hands-on experience in **prosecuting/drafting patents [desirable]**;

have outstanding communication, time management and people interaction skills;
