 Community-based, small-batch bakery with traditional baking techniques

 Full Time position $70K-75K

**What is required**:
 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in artisanal environment

 A strong expertise in European products

 A solid knowledge in Sourdough  A Certificate III in Retail Bakery

**Your responsibilities**:
 Working with our team of bakers to produce our bread loaves and rolls range by weighing, mixing, kneading, hand moulding and shaping, scoring, and baking, following our production schedule and recipes

 Helping our pastry kitchen with production of doughs, pastries, cakes and biscuits

 Guarantying the best quality by following our processes and by assessing final products

 Assisting with weekly production planning for bread and savoury according to par-stock level, orders and past sales

 Liaising with purchasing for ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the bakery section

 Working independently to operate the baking equipment such as oven-loader and setter, ovens, mixers, dough divider, dough breaker, provers, water meter

 Ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations by following our cleaning schedule and procedures
