The responsibilities of the position include:
1. Day to Day Management

Opening and closing the canteen

Preparation and sale of food according to appropriate food handling practices

Cleaning of equipment, benches and floors

2. Staff Management

Coordination of staff induction and training

Ensuring a safe working environment for staff

3. Stock Management

Ordering, receipt and safe storage of stock

Disposal of spoilt or contaminated stock

4. Financial Management

Recording details of parent credit and canteen money

Maintaining receipts of petty cash

5. Software Management

Utilise canteen online ordering system (Spriggy Schools) to manage orders.

**Requirements**:
A current or obtainable WWCC.

Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or equivalent

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.24 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 33 per week
