**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to join our chemicals team based in Gepps Cross, SA. As a Fleet Controller you will provide best delivery outcomes for the customer & control deliveries on daily & weekly basis.

As a Fleet Controller, you will:

- Provide cost efficient and effective allocation of equipment to achieve daily work requirements.
- Instruct drivers as to what must be loaded, as well as safe and secure methods of accomplishing loading in an efficient and effective manner.
- Monitor pickups and deliveries ensuring customers and relevant personnel are promptly advised of inability to achieve planned requirements.
- Ensure the appropriate equipment is available and in good order and condition.
- Organise backload of deliveries when available to maximise profit.
- Communicate with the customer regarding any delays.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Scheduling and transport allocation experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- HSE understanding
- Load restraint understanding
