**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Team Leader with strong leadership skills to support our growing operations and ensure our Fabrication division continues to strive for consistent high standards.

You will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fabrication and services as part of our dedicated team based in Para Hills West.

**Skills and Duties**:
Successful applicants for this role will have the ability to:

- Provide effective leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ideally with the ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively
- Lead by example with a strong focus on safe work practices and toolbox meetings
- Ensure trades people are trained to the highest level and track job time and costs to support continuous improvement.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experienced Leadership capability within heavy fabrication / welding and preferably in the mining industry
- Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication)
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
