**eLearning Advisor Role Description**

In the last decade, online training and education has been experiencing considerable growth, which has been amplified in response to COVID-19. Corporate entities and Government organisations are consistently moving their training requirements into an online environment, which has meant courses need to utilise more creative solutions and innovative tools to engage their learners. VMP eLearning was officially established in 2017 to establish relationships with and build engaging content for these corporate and government organisations after developing interactive disc and SCORM based learning under the banner of VMP for a decade beforehand.

There is further opportunity to work on contributing to the sales pipeline, by managing your own projects and developing your own client relationships under the VMP eLearning banner.

**Essential tasks for this role include**:

- Reviewing of client provided material required to move into an e-Learning context.
- Research of material and techniques / Researching and enabling new approaches and techniques.
- Development of course storyboards that include progressive pedagogical approaches, target the audience and present content in an engaging and innovative way
- Implement feedback
- Working closely with the Director of Education and Learning Strategies to review and present content and storyboards
- Professional Development under the banner of eLearning including researching new approaches and methodologies, new authoring tools and remaining up-to-date with contemporary educational practices. Professional Development will be supported at every level within the organisation.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Developing the sales pipeline
- Creating new client opportunities through to contract
- Attending client meetings
- Reviewing content with the client
- Supporting the client with implementing the programme, prepare and train staff and managers and make sure that all prerequisites are met for a successful implementation
- Ongoing Client liaison and relationship management

**A little bit about you**:

- Experience in the education and training industries
- Skills in developing course storyboards as stated above
- Exceptional communication skills, both internally with your production team and externally with client rapport building
- Be highly goal-orientated
- A good listener who has the ability to deeply source clients’ needs
- Loves to develop personal relationships
- Has a creative edge
- Well organised and places high value in detail and preparation
- Baseline knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as H5P, Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate (desired but not essential)
- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.
- The ability to work within an integrated team of eLearning developers, Video Producers and Post-Production Specialists.

**Remuneration & Work Hours**:
Negotiable Renumeration between $40 and $65 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

We are expecting this role to work at least 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
