We are looking for a **Finance Assistant & Office Coordinator **for one of our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records, building strong relationships internally and externally, and ensuring the efficiency of our financial processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and database management using contemporary cloud-based platforms such as MYOB, Salesforce, and Airtable
- Administering the forecast and invoicing targets, communicating trends with the relevant team members
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the team
- Execute administrative tasks and generate reports utilizing office productivity software and internal systems
- Support the Accountant with invoicing and debt collection activities, leveraging advanced financial software and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Comply with health and safety policies and quality management practices, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in accounting or similar qualification
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in MYOB at an intermediate level
- Knowledge about MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams
- Excellent communication: professional both in writing and verbal
