Principal Consultant

Collar Talent is a rapidly growing recruitment business which specialises in providing recruitment services to the trades and labour industries. We have formed lucrative recruitment agreements with major businesses across Australia and to meet ongoing client demands for our services, we have need to hire several Principal Consultants for our team in Burswood, Western Australia.

The position of Principal Consultant with Collar Talent is full-time (38 hours per week) and there is annual remuneration of between $105,000 to $130,000 (negotiable) on offer.

**Duties**
- Develop new business opportunities with clients
- Liaising with senior management and hiring managers on recruitment of senior business positions
- Taking job specs
- Writing job adverts
- Attending networking events
- Making placements with clients
- Mentoring fellow recruitment consultants

**Skills and experience required**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to interview and provide constructive feedback

**Salary**: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BURSWOOD, WA 6100: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
