**Role Summary**:
The OCM Manager will develop and deliver solutions that align people and processes to meet the end goal, reduce change impacts for people and groups, resolve resistance to change, and drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency informed by best-practice, research-based assessments. The OCM Manager works in a global matrixed team and manages content creation, design, and training programs, and communications campaigns on small-medium complexity projects and takes direction/oversight from the OCM Senior Manager. Facilitates meetings and workshops, participates in quality reviews, and applies behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations.

In addition, the OCM Manager will connect and activate the employee-facing and enabling roles with tools and knowledge that align people-side activities and timelines to the project lifecycle. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, job roles and organization structures, organizational design and cultural change.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies, plans, and campaigns that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The OCM manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develops, plans, and manages change programs and projects in support of the statement of work and deliverables on client engagements.
- Partners with key client stakeholders to validate vision, mission, objectives, and desired outcomes
- Plan for anticipated resistance and integrate resistance management actions and activities into the change management approach.
- Develops, plans, and manages change programs and projects in support of the statement of work and deliverables on client engagements
- In-depth knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, WeVideo or other video software, storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools
- Manage and approve content creation, design, and training programs. Facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Participate in project quality gate reviews
- Define and measure success metrics, track performance, adapt actions and monitor change progress.
- Manage project-assigned resources and project budget
- Resolve resistance to change, and drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency informed by best-practice, research-based assessments.
- Works in a global matrixed team and manages content creation, design, and training programs, communications campaigns, facilitates meetings and workshops, participates in quality reviews, and applies behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of related change management, training or communications experience
- Preferred: Experience with technology implementations, A change management certificate (e.g., Prosci, Lamarsh, ACMP CCMP), Experience with survey development and analysis
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships/stakeholder management
