The Client Acquisition team (CA) is the new to bank business development group that supports both Commercial Banking (CB) and Major Client Group (MCG). This area acts as the conduit for new to bank customers for all financial services. CA's focus is on medium to large private companies or Publicly Listed businesses.

**Do work that matters**

At the forefront of business origination and deal execution, you will specialise in identifying and pursuing opportunities with mid-market clients with lending needs between $10m and $50m across Metropolitan Sydney. You will be instrumental in driving our direction and harnessing valuable client partnerships, business relationships and new-to-bank opportunities.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Leverage your existing relationship skills and network to drive origination activities for CBA Commercial Bank
- Provide execution excellence for the end-to-end process of business onboarding including credit analysis, documentation and seamless transition to the Relationship Teams
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to work effectively and collaboratively

**We want to hear from you if you have**:

- A proven track record of high performance, supported by flexible working arrangements
- Origination success with new-to-bank commercial banking clients across diversified industries
- A strong established network, and business development skills to leverage that;
- Strong project management and transaction execution skills
- The ability to build strong internal relationships, professional presentation and strong influencing skills
- Strong credit risk analysis skills
